DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
KeepTek® Top Acoustic is a nonwoven textile material with high efficient sound-absorbing properties at minimal weight. The Top Acoustic series allows to achieve the best sound absorption parameters without weighting down the structure of the car.
The product was created to be applied in door and side panels, stels shelves, local insulation, etc. KeepTek® Top Acoustic is easy to compress and repair compression stability, keeps its volume and shape, has light weight. This material is suitable for passenger and luggage compartments. KeepTek® TO P A C O U S T I C ensures premium comfort for passenger and luggage compartments.
Product composition is created on the basis of high quality primary microfibers. The material is made from primary fiber. It does not contain adhesive binders or toxic impregnations. It does not contain heavy metals, phenol or other harmful substances.

The basis of the material consists of synthetic fibers blend. Polyester microfibers provide high sound absorption at minimal weight. Additional elasticity is provided by a special netting construction of fibers which gives unique properties to the product technical features.
The material is water resistant, fibers moisture absorption is less than 0,2%. The material can be used in a humid environment. The risk of mold, fungus or odor formation is reduced to zero.
KeepTek® TOP ACOUSTIC can be comfortably attached to the parts with using ultrasonic welding or spot thermal bonding. Using mechanical fasteners and transfer tapes or special adhesives for nonwovens can be easily added if necessary. For easy attachment one side of the material can be covered with adhesive layer with a protective liner additionally by customer's request.
